Framework Construction Software is the data controller for personal data processed through FRAMEWORK. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Data we collect and why

  • Account data (name, email, login credentials, company and role) — to create and secure your account and provide the service (contract performance).
  • Content you upload (projects, estimates, budgets, documents, drawings, tasks, messages) — to provide the service (contract performance).
  • Support messages — to answer your requests (contract performance, legitimate interests).
  • Usage and device data (IP address, browser, device identifiers, activity logs) — for security, fraud prevention and improving the product (legitimate interests).
  • Marketing preferences — to send product updates where you have consented (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share data with

  • Service providers who host and operate the service, such as cloud hosting, storage and email delivery providers.
  • Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We keep account data and content while your company's subscription is active and for up to 90 days afterwards, unless the law requires longer. Data is then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. Contact support@frameworkconstructionsoftware.com; we respond within one month.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls and company-level data isolation.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and browser storage needed to sign you in and keep the app working. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear them in your browser settings, but you will be signed out.
