Framework Construction Software offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on FRAMEWORK subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us at support@frameworkconstructionsoftware.com and we will help you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your company keeps access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are also handled in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
