Terms & Conditions
Last updated November 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of FRAMEWORK, a residential construction management service provided by Framework Construction Software ("we", "us"). When you use FRAMEWORK you are contracting with Framework Construction Software.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you use FRAMEWORK on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company; individuals must be of legal age.
2. The service
FRAMEWORK provides project management, estimating, budgeting, document, drawing takeoff, scheduling and team communication tools for home builders. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your company's internal business during an active subscription.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including by:
- using it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law;
- engaging in fraud, spam or deceptive activity;
- uploading content that infringes anyone's intellectual property;
- interfering with security, including distributing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping;
- reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the service, or circumventing technical limits.
5. Intellectual property
Framework Construction Software owns the service and all related intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.
7. Service level
We work to keep FRAMEWORK available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Financial figures, estimates and takeoff quantities must be reviewed by you before you rely on them. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. After termination you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
10. General
We may update these terms and will post changes here. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. Questions: support@frameworkconstructionsoftware.com.
